Client Restrictions: For the safety of all pets and staff, we kindly request that clients do not enter the grooming area during appointments. This policy helps prevent injuries and disturbances, allowing our team to focus on providing quality grooming services.

Shop Visits: While clients cannot enter during grooming hours, you are welcome to visit our shop before or after grooming hours (8am-8:45am or after 5:30-6pm). Explore our facilities and meet our team during these designated visitation times!
